My name is Dustin Anderson and I’m dynamic, creative, energetic, enthusiastic, and social! I’ve been in the DJ business for 20 years, but I’ve been in the music industry for as long as I can remember.

My father was the headliner for Church Street Station in the 70s and 80s and my performing career began by his side at Rosie O’Grady’s as a toddler. From there I expanded to dinner theater and attended the Theater Magnet Program at Dr. Phillips High School, and eventually made it to Edmonds Records in LA where I honed my skills as a DJ.

I call myself an artist, performer, musician, and vocalist – all in one. I found my calling as a powerhouse emcee with professional mixing techniques, but producing original music has been a passion of mine, as well. I formed DNA Music Group, and we have our own record label where we work with a number of up-and-coming artists. My venue experience ranges from the House of Blues and Hard Rock Live to Daytona Speedway and Theme Parks.

I have an encyclopedic knowledge of musical eras dating back to the 1940s, but my favorite song is “The Way It Is” by Bruce Hornsby. This diverse knowledge prepares me for every event category from corporate to weddings, schools to resorts, clubs to concerts, and even private parties. I’ve honed my resort entertainment skills to include over 30 family-friendly games for an action-packed show. Out of all of the routines that I’ve learned, the best have been ones that I’ve created and developed on my own.

My wedding skill sets include planning/music consulting, expertly reading a crowd, blending beats, and acting as master of ceremonies. I’m always one step ahead in executing someone’s most memorable day. I put 110% into every show.

Working with Mix on Wheels and Miles DJ Productions is one of a kind. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and cutting-edge innovation, technology and equipment takes DJing to a new level. I’ve been able to broadcast live to over 10,000 people a day at ESPN’s Wild World of Sports Summit Varsity Cheerleading Competition. I was also the announcer/spokesman for the Pop Warner Cheerleading Competition at the Convention Center in 2022.

My goal is to make every guest feel genuine vibes from quality music selections, creating moments that last a lifetime. I live and breathe music and entertainment. There’s no excuse for an empty dance floor. It’s the people who make the party, so I’m always in touch with that energy. I always put my heart into the performance to create a one-of-a-kind experience for the guests.
